Saudi Skies Are Airbus Skies - KSA fleet snapshot (Aug 2025)

Total Fleet: 256 aircraft

Airbus vs Boeing: 199 vs 57 (~78% Airbus market share)
New-gen vs old-gen: 121 vs 135 (~47% new-gen)
Narrowbodies = 166 | Widebodies = 90

I’ve written before about outstanding orders. By popular request, here’s the current fleet breakdown for Saudia, Flyadeal, Flynas and Riyadh Air, with a closer look at Airbus vs Boeing and new-gen vs old-gen aircraft.

>Saudia: 151 aircraft, including 87 widebodies (A330, B777, B787). The long-haul backbone of the Kingdom, but only ~22% of its fleet is new-gen.
>Flynas: 64 aircraft, dominated by NEOs (58). ~91% of its fleet is new-gen.
>Flyadeal: 40 A320s, of which 29 are NEOs. ~73% new-gen.
>Riyadh Air: sole 787 for now, serving as a technical spare.
