Leaving flynas: reflections on an incredible journey

As my time with Flynas comes to an end, I reflect on the incredible strides the team made in the last two years.

‣Doubled the fleet, expanding capacity and services
‣Expanded the network by 50+ routes, exploring new markets
‣Carried over 11 million pax, marking our highest on record
‣Opened a new base, strengthening operational capabilities
‣Firmed up AC orders to support future growth
‣Commenced widebody ops, experimenting with a new model
‣Improved focus on CX, aiming to put customers first
‣Cut carbon emissions by 161K tons, contributing to sustainability
‣Successfully optimized costs, becoming more competitive

These achievements did not go unnoticed as we proudly bagged multiple awards, including the 4th Best LCC worldwide and the Best LCC in the Middle East by Skytrax.

It was an absolute honour to be a part of Flynas during this hyper-growth phase, driving strategy, cost transformation, and market research alongside the incredible team. I'm grateful for the opportunities and learning both in commercial and operational areas and a big shout-out to the amazing teams I got to work with. I'm grateful to the Chief Strategy Officer and VP of Strategy for their support and the opportunities they bestowed. A switch from consulting to industry was truly worth it.

I look forward to seeing Flynas soar higher. And I wish the best of everything for the Flynas family.
